Please understand that changes or cancellations should ideally be received by us before the order is shipped 🙂 We will do our best to take your wishes into account.

All items can be returned to us within 30 days. We waive the legally required 14 days so that you can take your time. You can find more information on this on the following page.

In the event of a cancellation, please use our cancellation form on the following page or send us an email to kontakt@japancut.com. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please inform us of your decision in writing and send the item back to us well packaged.

We will refund your purchase within 3 days using the same payment method you used when making your purchase, after you have provided proof that you have handed the goods over to the parcel service provider, or when they have been delivered to us (whichever comes first). If you place your order before 4 p.m., it can be shipped the same day. You will usually receive your order within 2-4 working days. The shipping time abroad may vary depending on the destination region.
